Real Time Support
Real-time transactions provide immediate access to customer information and our applications through your management system or comparative rater. We support a wide range of real-time transactions from inquiries to First Notice of Loss (FNOL). Real-time transactions include
  • billing and claims inquiries;
  • policy view and loss runs inquiries for commercial lines; and
  • FNOL and Alerts!. 
Download Support
Download transactions send customer data back to your agency management system and completes the data round trip with a real-time transaction start. For commercial lines, we download Business Owners, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Umbrella. Finally, we also support Direct Bill Commission Data downloads.
